What to write about

• Something is broken. Tell us what you did and what happened instead. A screenshot helps more than a description.
• Billing. Charges, refunds, cancelling, or a price you did not expect. The billing and refund terms are set out in the Terms.
• Your data. Ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. We respond within 30 days. What we hold is described in the Privacy Policy.
• Closing your account. Write to the address above and everything belonging to your account is deleted within 30 days. You can revoke Handled's access to your mailbox yourself, at any time, from your Google account permissions page.
