Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Handled, operated by Digital Samadhi LLC ("we", "us"). By using Handled you agree to them.

What Handled does

Handled syncs the Google accounts you connect, files mail under projects you create, proposes tasks for your approval, and drafts replies you choose to send. It is a tool that assists you; you remain responsible for what you send to your clients and for the work itself.

Your account

You need a Google account to sign in. Keep it secure — anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access.

Subscription, billing and refunds

• Handled costs $14.95 per month. Beta pricing is locked for early subscribers for as long as the subscription remains active.
• New accounts get a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required to start it; you are not charged until the trial ends.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Charges appear as HANDLED.
• Cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
• We do not automatically refund partial months. If something went wrong, write to us — we would rather sort it out than argue.
• Price changes are notified at least 30 days ahead by email.

Fair use

Each account includes reading 750 messages per month for task extraction, across all connected mailboxes. Beyond that, syncing continues and extraction pauses until the period resets. We will tell you plainly when you reach it rather than failing quietly.

What you must not do

• Connect a mailbox you are not authorised to access.
• Use Handled to send unsolicited bulk email.
• Attempt to reach another customer's data, or probe the service for the same.
• Resell Handled or share one account across multiple people.

Your content

Your mail, projects and tasks are yours. We claim no ownership. We access them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability

Handled is offered without an uptime guarantee. It depends on Google, Anthropic, Supabase, Cloudflare and Stripe, and can be disrupted by any of them. We aim to be reliable and will be honest when we are not.

Ending it

You can stop at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or if required by law; where circumstances allow we will warn you first. On closure your data is deleted within 30 days.

Liability

Handled is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including work missed or business lost. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

Digital Samadhi LLC is a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States. These terms are governed by Wyoming law, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction. Where you live in a country whose consumer protection law gives you rights that cannot be signed away, this clause does not take them from you.

Changes

If these terms change materially we will email the address on your account before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Handled afterwards means you accept the change.
