Handled is operated by Digital Samadhi LLC. To run the service we rely on the companies below. Each one processes data on our behalf, under contract, and only for the purpose named. This page is the complete list — there are no others.
Who processes what
| Supabase | Application database — your account, projects, tasks, and synced mail. Hosted in the United States. |
| Cloudflare | Application hosting and content delivery for this site and the app. Also provides the page-view counts for this marketing site, which are measured without cookies and without any identifier that would follow you to another site. Global edge network. |
| Anthropic | Task extraction. Message text is sent to identify concrete requests. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, API inputs are not used to train their models. United States. |
| The source of your mail, through the Gmail API, for the accounts you explicitly connect. Google is your provider rather than ours — we read what you authorise and nothing else. | |
| Stripe | Subscription billing. Card details go to Stripe and are never held by us. United States. |
What this means for your data
- We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone outside this list.
- Each subprocessor receives the minimum needed to do its job — the billing processor never sees your mail, and the task extractor never sees your card.
- Access tokens for your Google accounts are stored encrypted and are not readable by the application front end under any circumstances.
Changes
If we add or replace a subprocessor, this page changes first and the date at the top moves with it. Where the change materially affects how your data is handled, we will email the address on your account before it takes effect.
